“DEAR YOUNG PEOPLE, LET YOURSELVES BE TAKEN OVER BY THE LIGHT OF CHRIST, AND SPREAD THAT LIGHT WHEREVER YOU ARE.”
–ST. JOHN PAUL II

St. John Paul II, whose feast day we celebrate on October 22, was a tremendous advocate of young people. Under his papacy the first World Youth Day was celebrated in 1986. He often spoke directly and lovingly to youth in his letters and talks, urging them to give their lives to God and to never give up hope.

Game Night and Pizza

About 34 youths gather to spend a Friday night playing and interacting with other youth. They really had a good time. Fr. John planned this event right before beginning the time of Lent, but will be planning other events during Lent with the youth. Do not miss the opportunity to get involved and allow your kids to participate!

Hike and Mass

The youth from our parish went on a hike to Castlewood Canyon State Park. They were very happy and excited. More events to come in the future, come join us!

More events coming soon!
